Michelle is a Milieu Therapist and assistant Office Manager at The Healthy Teen Project. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling at Palo Alto University. Michelle has years of experience working with adolescents at the residential level of care and strongly values a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to eating disorder treatment. She also has a background in education services and has volunteered as a crisis counselor with the Crisis Text Line. Michelle is dedicated to creating a supportive space for clients in program and believes that empathy and self-compassion are invaluable tools for recovery.
