Caitlyn Lanigan is one of the Milieu Therapists at The Healthy Teen Project. Caitlyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, in San Diego, with a focus on human health and development. She is pursuing a Master’s in Social Work from San Jose State University. Prior to joining HTP, Caitlyn worked as a clinical research assistant to UCSD’s Eating Disorder Center for Treatment and Research, studying emotion regulation strategies. She assists HTP’s clinical staff by facilitating a safe space for all clients, encouraging personal growth and promoting a recovery-minded atmosphere. Caitlyn has a passion for transculturally informed approaches to mental health and health education.
