Elizabeth is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a focus in neurodevelopment and psychiatry. She received her Master of Science in pediatric nursing from Yale University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College.
Prior to joining The Healthy Teen Project, Elizabeth provided diagnostic assessment and management of children with neurodevelopmental differences including neurological and psychiatric care. It is within this role that she became familiar with avoidant restrictive food intake disorder in the context of sensory processing disorder and was inspired to explore the field more broadly. She is passionate about employing a holistic approach to treatment and enjoys the opportunity to partner with families in addressing the constellation of challenges that accompany a pervasive mental illness.
