Dr. Meghan Fraley is an experienced clinical psychologist who treats eating disorders in adolescents and adults. With a trauma-informed perspective, she provides compassionate and individualized care that supports the unique needs of each patient.
Dr. Fraley received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Sofia University, Palo Alto, and her Master’s in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago. She has overseen the clinical operations of multiple mental health clinics that treat eating disorders throughout the Bay Area, from the residential to PHP and IOP levels of care.
In addition to her expertise in eating disorders, Dr. Fraley has experience assessing and treating a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal problems, trauma, and ADHD. She has taught psychology at both graduate and undergraduate levels and has a passion for holistic healing. Her research has focused on areas such as women’s health, meditation, mental health and yoga, and ego development facilitated by enneagram work.
Dr. Fraley’s compassionate and individualized approach to care can help adolescents navigate the challenges of recovery. She uses a holistic and individualized FBT model of treatment that focuses on the whole person, including their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. With her strong clinical background and dedication to supporting each patient’s unique needs, Dr. Fraley is committed to helping individuals and families on their journey to recovery.
